BOOTCAMP/INTERVAL TRAINING
8 total body exercises, repeated 2 or 3x, awesome workout! (cardio, core, strength)

TOTAL BODY
Great workout, your choice of weights, all muscle groups, strength/core/cardio workout

strength segment first, followed by cardio then core (class favorite)

HIT THE DECK
Love this fast paced 35 minute workout, only 4 different exercises, all based on the draw of the cards.

CORE/STRETCH YOGA
45 minutes of holding poses, planks and stretching for health & relaxation

BARRE SCULPT
This class challenges your core stability and balance giving you a sleek and strong body (class favorite)socks only
ARMS, LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
Class using the barre, balls, bands etc.......no cardio 

BARS & BELLS W CARDIO

Strengthening many muscle groups. if you haven't tried the body bar, give it a try

AB SCULPT
30 minutes, all abs, standing, on the matt, using weights, bosu, balls etc

 

ZUMBA

Takes the 'work' out of workout, mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for a calorie burning dance fitness party!(sandy)

MIX IT UP
Anything goes, on the mat, at the barre, on the bench......etc

STABILITY BALL
If you haven't tried the stability ball, it is a must, great workout

 

STRENGTH INTERVALS

Entire class based on toning those muscles, bands, tubes, ball, abs, some cardio, more

weight, less reps

BOSU YOGA

Yoga moves on the unstable surface of the bosu ball improves stabilizers, which leads to overall strength improvements

CIRCUIT TRAINING

8 stations set up all using stability ball, wts, benches, etc...cardio, core, strength

TABATA / HIIT
Mod to high intensity cardio training, step it up with this 40 minute workout

1/2 CARDIO 1/2 WTS.

Class starts with cardio, second half is weights, great workout!

CARDIO KICK (jillian michaels)
Lower impact total body workout that keeps our heart rate elevated, (class favorite)

 

BALANCE CORE & MORE

40 minutes strengthening abs & back, balance work on board, block and versa disc

GIMME STRENGTH
Upper/lower body toning, abs, some cardio

 

C/C/S
This class is for those that have not been to the gym in a while.....starting at 3 lb.or 5 lb. weights. strength/cardio/core

AEROBICS & ABS
Back to the fun aerobic days, one cardio flows into next...cardio impact can be modified

BODYSHRED

Starts with cardio segment for 3 minutes, then strength workout for 2 minutes, then 1 minute core work, we do 4 different sets of exercises, all levels 

BALANCE-TOTAL BODY

Strenghen, lengthen and tone your entire body with small purposeful movements, using the barre, mats and props (debbi)

KICK BOXING

Total body workout using the bags, kicks, punches, plyometrics and abs

 

FIT BOARD

Fun, easy, effective total core twisting workout on the board, also working arms and legs with weights
